Actually just had this issue! Came across an old thread on here that had this link: litter robot dfi sensor . I followed the steps and haven’t had issues since. Granted it’s only been like a week but that was after two weeks of non stop drawer full. You can try to clean the 2 green circuit boards and the 2 plastic brackets of the DFI sensor using isopropyl alcohol and a Q-Tip to remove any rust or dust from them. If that didn’t help, the DFI sensor will have to be replaced first in order to make the robot functional again.
